Aluminiumlegierung verstärkt (ACAR)
Aluminium Conductor Alloy Reinforced (ACAR) wird durch konzentrisch verdrillte Drähte aus Aluminium 1350 auf hochfestem Aluminium-Magnesium-Silizium-Legierung (AlMgSi) Kern gebildet. Die Anzahl der Drähte der Legierung Aluminum1350 und AlMgSi hängt vom Kabeldesign ab. Obwohl die allgemeine Konstruktion einen Litzen aus AlMgSi-Legierungslitzen umfasst, können die Drähte von AlMgSi-Legierungslitzen in bestimmten Kabelkonstruktionen in Schichten über die Aluminium 1350-Litzen verteilt werden.
ACAR hat bessere mechanische und elektrische Eigenschaften als ein gleichwertiges ACSR, AAC oder AAAC. Eine sehr gute Balance zwischen den mechanischen und elektrischen Eigenschaften macht ACAR daher die beste Wahl, wo die Ampfähigkeit, Festigkeit und geringes Gewicht sind die Hauptbetrachtung der Linie Design. Diese Leiter werden häufig in Freileitungen und Verteilerleitungen eingesetzt.
MIDAL kann ACAR auf nicht-Mehrweg-Holz-/Stahlrollen oder Mehrweg-Stahlrollen herstellen und liefern.
